Returns & Exchanges
All orders must be returned individually. If you combine returns from multiple orders, your return will be delayed and may not be able to be processed.
If you are unhappy with your purchase, you can request a return if your order is eligible. Please note that all returns must go through our automated portal. Returns sent back to us without an approved return request will not be accepted.
All returns must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date. Returns requested after this time will not be accepted. The merchandise must be in its original condition, in its original box or packaging with tags attached, and unworn. Final Sale/Last Chance items are not eligible for return.
At this time we are temporarily unable to offer exchanges, orders can only be returned for refund.
