    I received a replacement bag that is also chipped across the straps. At this point I’m over the plastic bag and done. Either the quality and craftsmanship of the Telfar plastic bag is beneath subpar or the company Melissa doesn’t have any integrity and care about how they store their products in their warehouse or what they ship out to their customers. I’m digested and want my money back. I would rate no stars if the platform permitted me to. I have one star just so that my review can be posted.

    This place has terrible customer service. I have emailed this company and used their live chat several times concerning the Telfar Clear Jelly bag and have received no response. The bag arrived to me dirty and chipped of which I referenced this issue when contacting them. The mere fact that I am contacting them is because they essentially sent me a damaged bag being that both straps are chipped and the bag is dirty. I have received no response from any customer service representative. I have received an automatic generated email response of which included a promise to reach out to me within 24-48 hours of which has not occurred. The bag is a limited release so it’s possible that by the time someone contacts me the bag may be out of stock which alleviates the option to send me a replacement. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to order from this company as they have terrible customer service and the fact they would send me a defective bag is an integrity issue in itself. 0 stars if could.
